AMERICA THE REPUBLIC

AMERICA IS NOT A DEMOCRACY! Here are four (4) sections taken from a 156 page book officially complied and issued by the U.S. War Department, November 30, 1928, setting forth exact and truthful definitions of a Democracy and of a Republic, explaining the difference between both. These definitions were published by the authority of the United States government and must be accepted as authentic in any court of proper jurisdiction.

Day after day, we hear all the paid mouthpieces in the government's media, print or electronic, Bill Clinton, AlGore, members of Congress, members of state legislatures and average Americans constantly refer to America as a democracy. This is patently false and for the love of God, Americans have simply got to understand our legal form of government or we're never going to straighten out the problems in this country if the population doesn't even know what legal form of government we operate under!

Ever since the insidious United Nations Treaty was unlawfully ratified by the unlawfully seated U.S. Senate, the U.S. government has gone around this world promoting "democracy." The CIA, funded by our excise taxes, has been directly involved with the toppling of governments in foreign countries while the U.S. government parrots such stupidity as "establishing democracy" in whatever country we have unlawfully stuck out noses into to set up dictatorial regimes. No? If you can, read The Praetorian Guard by John Stockwell [out of print so try used bookstores or even a very large library]. Stockwell is the highest ranking CIA Director to go public after 34 years of service. One day he just couldn't stomach the lies and the killing of innocent civilians by his government any longer; he went through hell from that same government out his book.

Just look at how many of the aliens in this country awaiting citizenship, bleat that America is a democracy. I personally saw Slick Willy at a high school in 1996, sit there as the bald-faced liar he is and tell this auditorium of children that America is a democracy and the founding fathers set up 50 little democracies. What's so utterly amazing to me, is that educated people in this country just seem to go along and chirp the same lie without giving a thought to what is coming out of their mouths. Don't people understand that no individual, politician or painter, has any right to change our legal form of government from a Constitutional Republic to a democracy?

The precise and scholarly definitions of a Democracy and Republic were carefully considered as a proper guide for U.S. soldiers and U.S. citizens by the Chief of Staff of the United States Army. Such definitions take precedence over any "definition" that may be found in the present commercial dictionaries which have gone through periodic "modifications" to please the politically correct and powers that be.

Shortly after the "bank holiday" back in the thirties, a time when a sitting President of the United States, FDR, literally set himself up as a King and deceived the American people in the most reprehensible fashion, this 1928 publication by the War Department suddenly was withdrawn from all public sources. It was years later before copies were again made available to The People.

Training Manual No. 20000-25 War Department Washington, November 30, 1928 CITIZENSHIP Prepared under the direction of the Chief of Staff This Manual Supersedes Manual of Citizenship Training DEMOCRACY: A government of the masses. Authority derived through mass meeting or any other form of "direct" expression. Results in mobocracy. Attitude toward property is communistic-negating property rights. Attitude toward law is that the will of the majority shall regulate, whether it be based upon deliberation or governed by passion, prejudice, and impulse, without restraint or regard to consequences. Results in demagogism, license, agitation, discontent, anarchy. REPUBLIC: Authority is derived through the election by the people of public officials best fitted to represent them. Attitude toward property is respect for laws and individual rights, and a sensible economic procedure. Attitude toward law is the administration of justice in accordance with fixed principles and established evidence, with a strict regard to consequences. A greater number of citizens and extent of territory may br brought within its compass. Avoids the dangerous extreme of either tyranny or mobocracy. Results in statesmanship, liberty, reason, justice, contentment and progress. Is the "standard form" of government throughout the world. A Republic is a form of government under a constitution which provides for the election of (1) an executive and (2) a legislative body, who working together in a representative capacity, have all the power of appointment, all power of legislation, all power to raise revenue and appropriate expenditures, and are required to create (3) a judiciary to pass upon the justice and legality of their governmental acts and to recognize (4) certain inherent individual rights. Take away any one or more of those four elements and you are drifting into autocracy. Add one or more to those four elements and you are drifting into democracy.

Superior to all others. : Autocracy declares the divine right of kings; its authority can not be questioned; its powers are arbitrarily or unjustly administered.

Democracy is the "direct" rule of the people and has been repeatedly tried without success. Which one most closely resembles what our constitution says? A republic. Which one most closely mirrors the Communist Manifesto? A democracy. Our Constitutional fathers in their divine wisdom, knew the strength and weakness of both autocracy and democracy and with fixed principles definitely in mind, they defined a representative republican form of government. These leaders who were so far ahead of their time made a very clear and concise distinction between a republic and a democracy and they are recorded throughout the history of their time stating over and over and over so no one would get it wrong, that they had founded a republic.

WHY DEMOCRACIES FAIL:

By Professor Alexander Fraser Tytler, nearly two centuries ago while our thirteen original states were still colonies of Great Britain. At the time he was writing of the decline and fall of the Athenian Republic over two thousand years before:

A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover they can vote themselves largess [the public funds] from the Treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the political candidate who promises the most freebies and benefits from the public treasury. The absolute and irrefutable result is that Democracy always collapses over a loose fiscal policy, the mob sentiment and this is always followed by a Dictatorship.

Does this have a familiar ring? It sure as heck does and later I'm going to do a commentary on PAC's because they are the cancer on our political system and I don't care if they are a PAC for the left, the right, the in between or the upside down.

Other wise words:

"Did I say, "republic?" By God, yes, I said "republic!" Long live the glorious republic of the United States of America. Damn democracy. It is a fraudulent term used, often by ignorant persons but no less often by intellectual fakers, to describe an infamous mixture of socialism, miscegenation, graft, confiscation of property and denial of personal rights to individuals whose virtuous principles make them offensive."

Westbrook Pegler in the NY Journal American, January 25th & 26th, 1951 under the titles "Upholds Republic of U.S. Against Phony Democracy" and "Democracy in the U.S. Branded Meaningless."

I hope you can see the sickening similarities between what's going on and the definition of democracy. Slick Willy, AlGore and all the rest of these idiots in the Congress and media pundits run around encouraging people to "promote democracy" in Russia and China and South Africa and Haiti. This is a travesty and I am ashamed that any representative of my country would go around the world encouraging people of other nations struggling for freedom to "promote democracy."

Let me tell you a true story that you might find interesting. My Project on Winning Economic Reform, has shipped more than one million two hundred fifteen thousand copies of one of my booklets, Why A Bankrupt America, not to just the 50 states of the Union and Guam but also to 14 foreign countries like Australia, Canada, Mexico, El Salvador, Honduras, Lithuania, Israel, German, Great Britain and many others. The latest, the Republic of Georgia is in the "former" Soviet Union. You're probably asking, why do people in all these countries want my booklet? Because people all over the world are coming to understand what this "New World Order" really means and they find it as unpalatable as we do.

Almost every country on this globe is now under the tyranny of a "central banking system" stripping their nation blind, just like America. Somehow, these people have gotten a copy of my booklet and want something like that for their own country. What I do is this: I send a computer print-out of Bankrupt America. That way when the person in a non-English speaking country gets it, they can have it translated, remove a few of the pages of material not applicable and have it printed in their native language and get it around villages! The one thing the Masters of the Game orchestrating this world order nightmare fear, is an educated population around the world.

I also ship the definitions of a democracy and a republic, a copy of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights. About three months after I sent Vasily Marchanko in the Republic of Georgia the complete package, I got back a letter from him. Someone else had to write this letter in English but I just about cried when I read his response. In addition to being pleased about the text of Bankrupt America, he said they [those in his area] had never seen a copy of the U.S. Constitution. He said the Bill of Rights made him want to get down on his knees and cry that anyone should have such freedom. He also said that from now on, they would tell everyone to flat out reject Boris Yeltsin's malarkey about democracy and they would settle for nothing less than a constitution of laws and a bill of rights.

Do you know how this made me feel? I do what I do every day of the week, going on seven+ years. I do what I do without any compensation. I do what I do because the stakes are the highest: freedom. I do what I do because the world still looks to US as the leaders of a free world. If we don't fight for our freedom, if we go down to a totalitarian world government, this earth and it's people will suffer far worse than anything we have ever seen before. I do what I do because I love God, flag and country. I do what I do because I cannot and will not shame those who fought and died to give us a Republic and for those who have fought and died and still may have to, so I can live free.

Please, tell ten people to tell ten people to read this, download it, copy it and each and every time you hear someone call America a democracy, tell them no way! Next time you hear some idiot in the U.S. Congress call America a democracy, send them an e-mail and ask them who gave them permission to change our form of government. Next time you attend a town hall meeting by a member of Congress and they spout this democracy drivel, stand up and say no way! America is a Constitutional Republic and that's the way it's gonna stay.
