In a recently released book, entitled "Sell Out", author David P. Schippers, drives home the point that America's immigration policy has been manipulated by our country's politicians in an effort to build a new voting constituency, Schippers, a registered Democrat, is the chief investigative council for the House Judiciary Committee. Counselor Schippers alleges that Vice President Al Gore did everything in his power to remove barriers for newly arrived immigrants to become naturalized as citizens, just in time for the 1996 presidential election. According to Mr. Schippers, Vice President Al Gore, working with West coast Latino leaders and former Housing Secretary Henry Cisneros, concocted a scheme to naturalize over one million immigrants, by September 1, 1996; the last day to register to vote in the presidential election. Mr. Schippers places most of the validity of his assessments in the evidence he received from the GAO (General Accounting Office), which serves for all practical purposes, as the auditor of the federal government.

Furthermore, Mr. Schippers charges that Al Gore and his partisans disregarded FBI reports that warned that due to the rapid pace of these "fast track immigrants" entering the country, that thousands of criminals were being allowed to become U.S. Citizens! As a result, some 60,000 alien criminals were granted citizenship. 20% of the individual cases Mr. Schippers investigated are reported to have shown that many of the immigrants with "violent records in their native countries" continued in their predatory endeavors after they became U.S. Citizens.

Most Americans, at least white Americans, are cognizant of the reality that our nation's immigration laws discriminate largely in favor of non-white immigrants from the third world.However, very few people today acknowledge the importance of the fact that Hispanics traditionally tend to vote for members of the Democratic Party. About 70% in presidential elections and well into the high 80's in congressional elections.

Virtually, the same thing could be said for the voting records of most blacks. In stark contrast, the conservative white vote has run steadily at about 57% in recent decades in favor of the Republican Party, according to the Washington Times.

Perhaps now we can better understand the true motivations behind the politicians who are pushing for increased immigration and equal rights for illegal aliens. Al Gore has been one of the loudest advocates of increasing America's number of immigrants, thereby diluting the meaning of becoming an American citizen and solidifying hie position of power. The bonds of our union are being stretched to their very limit and I fear that if america is to endure four more years of any vestige of the current Clinton administration, our nation will cease to exist as we know it today! Make no mistake about it; America, this is our eleventh hour! Patriots and conservatives alike, make sure you vote this November and influence your friends to vote as well. Remember, a vote for Gore will result in the most radical transformation of political power in our nation's history. A transformation which will benefit non-citizens and further alienate middle-class
Americans.
