Fending Off Fainting

Try this method to ward off a fainting spell: Cross your legs and squeeze them, thereby increasing blood pressure so that more blood gets to the brain. It may stop the fainting spell completely or at least delay it so that you can avoid a fall.

Try a cool bath mixed with one cup of oatmeal.
