"Putting
Insomnia To Sleep"
Condition your body to same time for going to bed and getting up. Go to bed
only when you're sleepy. Don't take problems or decisions to bed -resolve before
lying down. If you wake up and can't get back to sleep, get up and do something
to tire yourself, but not strenuous exercise.
"Bones"
Who Needs Them? If you're not an insect or worm, you better start thinking seriously
about those bones that allow you to walk upright. Certainly you need calcium
and Vitamin D plus a good posture, but you also need bone strength exercise,
such as weight lifting. Walking and bicycling may suffice for lower body but
won't help the upper body.
