RICHARD RIDER COMMENT: It is unsettling how the Secret Service can go around the country and get compliant local police departments to agree to stifle nonviolent political dissent when George Bush is in town. Whether you agree or disagree with Bush or the protestors is not the issue. The issue is the right to publicly dissent, PERIOD.
